  Very rude to my elderly father who was helping my daughter unload some rubbish, they asked him if he “knew how to recycle” even though he only had a couple of bags, he’s 83 and this was totally unnecessary,when I went back down there with my father I tried to get to the bottom of their comments but dad didn’t want to make a fuss, I enquired in a loud voice who was rude to him and the staff all stayed in their booth, I guess they only like to bully elderly people !!!
